Group Workshops
Workshops offer a deeper immersion into breathwork and somatic exploration within a supportive group environment.
These sessions often allow more time to move through the full arc of the work, from awareness and practice through to integration.
Workshops may focus on specific themes or provide a longer guided breathwork journey.

1:1 SESSIONS


1:1 Somatic Breathwork Sessions
One-on-one sessions provide personalised support and a deeper exploration of your nervous system and emotional patterns.
These sessions allow the work to be tailored specifically to what is present in your body and life.
1:1 sessions may include breathwork, somatic bodywork, nervous system education, and guided emotional processing.

8-WEEK PROGRAM


8-Week Somatic Integration Program
This program is designed for people wanting to commit to a deeper journey of nervous system regulation and embodiment.
Over eight weeks we move through a structured process of awareness, practice, embodiment and maintenance — helping you build lasting capacity to work with your nervous system.
The program includes guided sessions, practices to integrate into daily life, and support as your awareness and capacity develop.

RETREAT FACILITATION


Retreat Facilitation
El is available to facilitate breathwork and somatic sessions at retreats and wellness events.
These sessions can be adapted to suit the theme and intention of the retreat, offering participants a powerful experience of nervous system awareness and emotional release within a safe and guided space.

CORPORATE & WORKPLACE SESSIONS


Corporate & Workplace Sessions
Breathwork and nervous system education can be powerful tools for supporting wellbeing in workplace environments.
These sessions introduce simple and practical tools for stress regulation, emotional awareness and building resilience in high-pressure environments.
