WEEKLY CLASSES

Weekly Breathwork & Sound Class

Weekly classes provide a consistent space to reconnect with your body and nervous system through guided breathwork, movement and sound practices. They are also a great introduction to working with El.

You can expect a restorative 1-hour class combining gentle movement, various breathing techniques, and meditation. This session supports deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. An invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body.

This program is designed for people wanting to commit to a deeper journey of nervous system regulation and embodiment.

Over eight weeks we move through a structured process of awareness, practice, embodiment and maintenance — helping you build lasting capacity to work with your nervous system.

The program includes guided sessions, practices to integrate into daily life, and support as your awareness and capacity develop.
